Exclusive licensing
This provides you with exclusive use of your chosen design for a set period. Whilst ownership of the design remains with Ragdoll studio you will be the only brand able to manufacture the design during your set time. You will be given first preference to renew your design when your licensing period is coming to an end.
Non-exclusive
A non-exclusive license gives you the use of one of my designs for a set period of time but will also be available for other companies to license concurrently. Ragdoll studio will hold the copyright of the design. The design may also be used for Ragdoll’s own in-house label, or on print on demand platforms such as spoonflower, where customers can use the design to make products of their own.
When licensing a Ragdoll studio design you will receive one print-ready tile, in 4-10 set colourways. Design files are typically set for standard digital printing as a high-resolution TIFF, however alternative file types can be supplied at your request. Often clients wish to tailor their design to fit their specific brand and collection palette – so I’ve created a colour match service (please read more about this service below).

Custom
From print and colour consultation to concept design, this service results in a final print-ready repeat tile or placement print in two final colourways. This service is for clients who are after a fully customised design, tailored to their brand and customer. Full licensing rights belong and remain with the client, however, Ragdoll obtains the right to promote the design once sold via website and social media platforms.
Technician
Working from your supplied artwork and colour palette I can turn your painting or drawing into an eye-catching, original repeat tile or placement print. For an hourly rate, I can also liaise directly with your supplier and help guide you through this process.
Colour match service
Sometimes the best colour combinations are the ones we never expect. For an additional fee, my colour match service takes your licenced design and collection palette and supplies you with anywhere between 20 – 100 unique colour variations.
